[ Façade · approach view ]The studio is on the first floor of a low building set slightly back from Narne Estate Road, roughly three minutes from the Serilingampalle Metro junction. Look for the illuminated wordmark above the entrance — visible from both ends of the corridor.
Parking is available along the road and in a small lot behind the building. If you are coming by cab, the entrance is marked clearly; just ask for Narne Estate Road.
We recommend arriving five to ten minutes before your appointment. Le Café is open from when we open, and a coffee on arrival is part of the visit, not an upsell.
On your first visit
- A short consultation before the service begins — fifteen minutes or so
- A coffee, water, or herbal infusion at Le Café
- Time to read, settle, and arrive — we do not start until you are ready
- A complimentary head massage with first haircut appointments
- A small product sample at checkout, chosen to match your service
After the visit
- A short, written note three days later from your stylist
- An invitation to message us with any observations or adjustments
- Your care record — kept privately, accessible to you on request
- No marketing emails, no booking reminders, no upsell campaigns
- A quiet relationship that begins, and grows, only if you wish it to
All major cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash if you prefer. Subscriptions are billed automatically each month. All prices are inclusive of taxes.
Cancellations or rescheduling, please, with at least four hours' notice. Subscribers may pause a month with seven days' advance notice — no charge.
What is said in studio stays in studio. Photographs are never taken without permission. Your care record is private to you and your stylist.
The first-floor location has a lift. Please let us know in advance if you would benefit from any specific accommodations — we will do our best.
We would rather you arrive once and feel held, than arrive often and feel forgotten. The studio is built around this idea.
