A standing appointment with your own time.
Subscriptions are a different idea entirely. You pay each month, and in return you simply come in. No bookings to track, no balance to remember.
[ Editorial · subscriber portrait ]It is not the discount.
A wallet package is pre-payment with a bonus. A subscription is a relationship — a standing appointment, an attentive memory, a stylist who knows what you needed last month and what you'll need next.
Subscribers are looked after more closely. Their care record is continuous. The visit before yours informs the visit you are about to have. None of this can be replicated by clients who book one-by-one, and none of it should have to be.
Subscriptions are paused, not cancelled. We do not charge for skipped months requested in advance. The point is not to extract a payment — it is to make a relationship easy to keep.
Most regular clients find that subscribing is simply easier than not subscribing. Once it is set up, it is the kind of thing one stops thinking about.
A subscription begins with a fifteen-minute consultation, in studio or by phone. We ask a few questions, you ask a few back. If a tier suits, we set up the monthly billing and book your first standing appointment.
The Men's Club has a brief application — three or four short questions, a one-week reply. We respond to every application personally, even when the answer is the waitlist.
All subscriptions can be paused, transferred, or modified by message. There are no annual lock-ins. We would rather you stay because you want to than because you have to.
