Reservations can be made through our booking platform, or by message if you prefer a brief conversation first. Both work. Pick whichever suits the kind of visit you are planning.

For first visits, longer consultations, bridal enquiries, or any service you'd rather discuss before booking. Send us a message on WhatsApp and we'll write back within a few hours, often sooner. Quiet, brief, attentive.
Message on WhatsApp→We recommend booking a slightly longer slot for a first visit, to allow time for consultation and a coffee. Tell us in the booking note that it is your first time — your stylist will plan accordingly.
Pre-bridal programmes are by consultation only. Please send us a message with your date and preferences — we'll arrange a private appointment in the Privé Suite to discuss the programme in person.
If you have a specific stylist you've worked with before, you can request them at booking. We do our best to honour these requests; on very busy days it may not be possible, and we will tell you when this is the case.
Cancellation or rescheduling, please, with at least four hours' notice. Subscribers may pause a month with seven days' notice — no charge. We do not penalise rare emergencies.
A reservation, at Nérva, is the beginning of a small relationship — not a ticket to a service. We treat both ways of booking with the same care.
